In the words of Lord Buddha – Health is the greatest gift.

A news published by the World Bank & WHO in 2017 states that at least 50% of the global population cannot access essential health services. Hundreds & thousands of rural & semi- urban populations from marginalized segments struggle to get access to basic healthcare facilities. The growing costs of medical care cripple their ability to pay for healthcare, posing a significant hurdle in their well-being. Furthermore, poor socioeconomic also limits their choices in availing primary education.

Dr. Rohit M Phanse comprehended the need to address these challenges in society and become a catalyst in aiding the deprived in getting the required medical care and primary education support. Mr. Ashish Kumar’s & his determination to help the needy inspired them both to join hands with various social organizations.
With joint efforts, they successfully made a mark in society through more than 72 medical camps and provided free treatments to over 127 patients. They worked closely with social workers of renowned hospitals in South Mumbai and the surrounding area to raise the funds for the destitute for their small surgeries like cataracts, Gall bladder removal, appendix, and kidney stones.

Helped needy people to raise funds for chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.To further their work in the field and help the underprivileged on a larger scale, they laid the foundation of Mavo Cordial Welfare Foundation.

Mavo Cordial Welfare Foundation is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Mumbai, India. We believe that every person has a right to essential medical care and primary education. With more than 2 decades of serving a such social cause, we have built a strong operational foundation and embraced this undertaking to help the deprived with our relentless endeavours.

With more than 20 decades of standing in the medical industry, we have strong collaborations and immense support from the core teams of doctors from the leading hospitals in Mumbai. Pursuing our motto, we are committed to providing healthcare amenities and treatment to the underprivileged and helping them elevate their well-being.
